Terms of Service

All photographic services and content published on admphotography.ca are operated by AdmPhotography. Any contractual relationship is legally attached to the parent company, DigitalAB Solution, located in Longueuil, Quebec.

A service date is guaranteed only upon receipt of the deposit agreed to when the quote is signed. This deposit is non-refundable because it covers logistical preparation, administrative costs, and the inability to accept other assignments during that period.

Post-production is an integral part of AdmPhotography’s artistic signature. We exclusively deliver finalized and optimized high-resolution JPEG files.

Strict notice: No RAW file or unretouched image will be provided to the client under any circumstances. The client acquires a finished product, not the source working files.

All photographs on this website and those delivered to clients are the exclusive property of AdmPhotography. Any use, reproduction, or distribution without prior written authorization constitutes a copyright infringement under Canadian law and may result in legal action.

To protect our copyright, every image on this website and every deliverable includes embedded metadata and invisible digital marking technologies, including Adobe metadata and XMP tracking markers. These tools make it possible to monitor image use online.

AdmPhotography reserves the right to postpone a session in the event of extreme weather conditions, for outdoor sessions, or force majeure. If the photographer is unable to provide the service, all amounts paid will be refunded, without further compensation.
